Our Team
Stuart Dalziell: Director

I have been involved in residential property since 1996 and started Abbey Forth in 2008. As a director I am responsible for overseeing the business and ensuring our finance, estate agency, lettings and factoring departments are providing the service we strive to give. Abbey Forth is a small, independent property management company and I am proud to lead an experienced team who work to give the best service possible across several residential property disciplines. We work closely with solicitor and surveying practices as well as trade contractors specialising in electrical, plumbing, heating, joinery, glazing, roof and general repair maintenance. We have a lot of contacts that we use daily and this brings with us a team of experienced professionals in their field which allows Abbey Forth to provide an all-round property service.
When not working I love playing golf and being with family and friends and a good restaurant with a good beer, wine and or gin is always a welcome break from work for me!
Fiona Reid: Lettings Manager

Lettings where no two days are the same, but wouldn’t have it any other way.
I have been part of the Abbey Forth Team for over 5 Years now and have over 9 years of experience and knowledge in the lettings industry.
I am responsible for all things Lettings…. This Includes, Property viewings, finding and vetting prospective tenants, drawing up tenancy agreements, move in’s and out, arranging compliance aspects of a let and dealing with any day to day issue that arising within a tenancy.
I Live in Dunfermline and share a home with My Daughter, Partner, 2 Step Children and two messy ‘babies’ (that’s the guinea pigs). As a Mum I spend my spare time running around picking up the mess lol, having family days out and driving my daughter the length of the country to Cheerleading competitions. Followed by a very well deserved glass of Fizz!
Jolene Jamieson: Estate Agency Manager

Jolene is responsible for the day to day running of our growing Estate Agency department and has been part of the Abbey Forth team for over 8 years. Before joining Abbey Forth, Jolene held a similar role with a local branch of a National Estate Agency and has over 10 years’ experience and knowledge of the property market in Dunfermline and surrounding areas.
Jolene is married with one daughter and a VERY naughty puppy. She lives in Dunfermline and spends most of her spare time being a Dance Mum.
Gordon Allan: Estate Agent

Having joined in March 2019, my role is to bring in New sales business and to conduct the day-to-day estate agency activities such as – valuations, listings, photography and client communication as well as Viewings. Meeting clients and viewers is a key part of my job which is interesting and fun at times - as well as looking at all the different properties – you never know what to expect behind each door!
I have been in this business 16 years having worked continually between Dunfermline and Edinburgh throughout this period. Prior to this, I have worked in Banking and Marketing as well as the Hotel industry and pride myself on the care and service I provide to clients. Out of work, if there is a sunny destination to take a flight to, I will be on it. Love to travel when I can, and to also dine out. I also like to work on property development.
Lynn Lennie: Finance Manager
I have worked within the finance department of various industries for over 25 years. I joined Abbey Forth in 2015 as the Finance Manager administering the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Credit Control and Company Finances along with my trusty colleague Liz, although the job is very demanding and we work very hard we can be swayed by the offer of Bayne’s bacon rolls or an M&S chocolate eclair!
Most of my spare time is taken up with my family, I have 3 step-sons and a daughter who is studying Design & Manufacture at the University of Glasgow, my husband & I are very proud of them all. I am an avid online shopper and gratefully accept the offerings of Amazon amongst other retailers! We also have a cat, Hidey, who I am sure would choose to live elsewhere if she could but despite her bad attitude to life in general we love her very much !!
Liz Mackie: Finance
After spending many years working as a Legal Cashier with a firm of solicitors in Dunfermline I joined the accounts team at Abbey Forth as a finance administrator nearly 4 years ago where I’m involved in issuing invoices to our factoring clients, settling contractor invoices and keeping the financial records up to date. I’m susceptible to bribery in the form of bacon rolls & chocolate eclairs but only if they’re from Baynes - no cheap imitations accepted! I have a weakness for expensive handbags and in my spare time I’m a voracious reader & often review books pre-release for various authors.
